Since 1986, Goodwin has worked at radio stations KWIN, KHOP, and KHTN. In 1994, he took a job with Citadel Broadcasting's KATM known in the Central Valley as Randy "Bubba" Black on KAT Country 103. After a short move to Denver's Old School -KJHM Jammin 101-5. Randy "Bubba" Black returned to his home and has been entertaining Stockton On KSTN in Stockton most recently on The New 105-9 The BULL.
